Malta international Airport (MLA) is the only airport serving the Maltese Islands. Concretely, the airport is located in the island of Malta, between Luqa and Gudja, about 8 km away from the capital Velleta city centre. MLA Airport has one large passenger Terminal, where you can find the following Services and Facilities:

Services

24-hour luggage storage servicek

It is located in within the Check-in Hall near the Customer Services Information Centre with the following rates:

o Hand Luggage (up to 10 kg): 5€ (up to 6 hours),8€ (up to 12 hours) and 12 € for 24 hours.
o Hold Luggage (up to 30 kg): 7€ (up to 6 hours), 10€ (up to 12 hours) and 14€ (up to 24 hours).
o Special Items (Bulky): 25€ (up to 6 hours), 15€ (up to 12 hours) and 15€ (up to 24 hours)
o Every additional 24 hours cost 10€. 
o Payment with credit card is only allowed if the amount is 30€ or more.

VIP Terminal

Located a few metres from the runway, the VIP Terminal offers an exclusive facility with exclusive services, with the following prices:

o One way – First Passenger: 175€
o Both ways – First Passenger:300€
o Each additional day one day: 125€
o Each additional passenger both ways: 225€

Airport Lounges

o La Valletta Club Arrivals Lounge: located in the Baggage reclaim area, it offers many services and facilities such as: Tea and Coffee, Air Conditioning, Alcoholic beverages, flight information, disabled access, newspapers and magazines, WiFi access, universal adapters etc…

o La Valletta Club Departures Lounge: located within the Departures area of Malta Airport, this lounge offers as well manys services and facilities such as: Tea and Coffee, Air Conditioning, Alcoholic beverages, flight information, disabled access, newspapers and magazines, WiFi access, TV, computer and printer, universal adapters etc…

o Club Membership Benefits: La Valette Lounge Acces, Arrivals Lounge Access, members’ Guests, Parking, Service Discounts, discount on Car rental, Travel Insurance (optional), Priority Lane, Complimentary left luggage, discounts from outlets at MIA and SkyParks Business Centre, Discount on Spa and Wellness treatments and Conference room special rates.

- Wifi and charging points: connect to Maltairport Wi-Fi and open the browser and connect. 
- Family Services: at Malta Airport you can find a practical Parenting room next to the Customer Service Information Centre of the Check-in Hall which includes a comfortable sofa, nappy changer, wash basin, drinking water station and other services and facilities. There are 2 more changing rooms in the Schengen Departures Lounge. A Play area is available next to Mc Donald’s outlet, and also birthday parties can be organized in this location. For more information call on: +356 21674785. The Observation Deck is located on the floor 3, from where you can enjoy views of the runways of the Airport and Malta’s skyline.
- ATMs and Banking: you’ll find Atms of BOV and HSBC in the check-in area and hall and also the same in the arrivals area. There are also Banking services available at th SkyParks Business Centre.
- Baggage wrapping: located at the Check-in Hall open from Monday to Saturday from 5:30h to 20:00h and Sundays from 77:30h to 20:00h.
- Chapel: located next in the floor -1, with a mass celebrated everyday. During the Weekdays the mass is at 12:05h, Saturdays at 18:15h and at 19:25h, Sundays and public holidays at 07:25h, 08:30h and 10:30h. For further information about Malta Airport’s Chapel you can contact at: +356 2369 6101. 
- Conference rooms: the conference area in Malta Airport is located in the floor -1 with a capacity for up to 80 people, divided into 2 soundproof rooms, with 2 entrances. - Lost and Found: the Customer Service Information Centres are located in the check-in hall and in the Departure Gates area, and you can report your lost or found item there. Information Centres work from 7:30h to 16:00h from Monday to Friday. Items can be picked-up maximum durig 30 days and personal documents or bank cards just during 7 days.
